Billing & Payment Policies:

Boarding: Payment is due at the beginning of boarding assignments. You will recieve an email confirmation at time of scheduling and you will be contacted again prior to the start date to make sure the scheduled departure and return dates are correct.

Dog Walking: Monthly billing is available for regular dog walking clients. Payment is due on the 1st of the month. Dogs will have a secure space in a group for the month that has already been paid for. I accept credit cards online, checks, Google Checkout and PayPal. 

Holidays Surcharge:

There will be an extra $20 fee per visit/walk on all major holidays.

Service Agreement:  I require all clients to sign a Service Agreement so that all polices and procedures are understood and agreed to as well as giving me permission to care for your dog and to enter your home.

Key Exchange for Dog Walking:

I ask that clients give a key to me at the initial interview, I am insured and bonded. I will keep your house key and entry codes in a secure location.   

The best thing you can do for your pet is to have identification on them in case they get lost. I require that all dogs and cats have identification with a name and phone number. If you are unable to provide a tag or if you will be unreachable during your trip I can provide one for you with my name and phone number as a contact. Microchipping and a dog license is also recommended.

Dog Policies:

Sociable and friendly dogs only for group walking.

Dogs must have good voice recall and be able to be allowed off-leash.

Dogs over 9 months must be spayed or neutered.

Dogs must have identification tags & a dog license.

Must be up to date on vaccinations such as Bordetella.

Currently on a flea and tick program such as Advantage.

I require that all dogs that I walk have basic obedience training to keep walks fun and safe. I will continue to work on your dogs training during walks!
